Requirements

  • Experience with Windows Clients, Microsoft Office, and basic AD concepts.
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to follow up, multitask, and prioritize.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details and follow-up skills.
  • Self-starter and a problem solver.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing user support for Microsoft Windows and Windows-based applications.
  • Experience maintaining and repairing computer hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to end users on a variety of IT issues.
  • Installs, maintains and troubleshoots standard hardware and software on Terry Reilly computer systems.
