About The Position
The IT Support Specialist provides basic technical assistance to employees, helps troubleshoot computer and software issues, and supports the smooth operation of company systems. The role provides technical support through email, chat, or phone and escalates complex issues to the appropriate IT team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of computers, software, and operating systems.

Responsibilities
- Assist employees with computer, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.
- Help manage user accounts, passwords, and system access.
- Maintain IT equipment and keep records of technical issues.
- Provide friendly technical support through email, chat, or phone.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team.
