We’re looking for a friendly and motivated IT Support Specialist. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support to employees, help resolve common IT issues, and deliver a welcoming, positive experience. The Professional, Client Devices job configures, maintains and troubleshoots desktops, laptops and mobile devices, providing technical support to end users and ensuring both hardware and software issues are resolved promptly to minimize downtime. With limited supervision, this job implements moderately complex security measures to protect client devices from threats and maintain compliance with organizational policies, and partners to deploy new devices and updates to provide a seamless user experience.
