Pay Range: $16.80 - $23.10 Key Responsibilities: Handles moderately complex duties of troubleshooting and day to day. The responsibilities of this position are to provide first level support for all end user hardware and software issues This includes day-to-day support, application setup and troubleshooting of internal IT supported applications Troubleshoot PC hardware problems and provides basic PC hardware maintenance when needed May conduct IT classes for new hires and manage the setup of users onto various network based systems Performs other related duties as directed by the manager Manages day-to-day support of assigned infrastructure solutions and implements configuration changes recommended by IT Systems Engineers Handles moderately complex duties of troubleshooting and day to day. Provides analytical support and consultation to internal customers. Works from specifications to develop or modify hardware or software issues. Assists with designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs.

Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the internship
• Must have completed (at minimum) the sophomore year of college
• Must be able to work full-time during the duration of the internship program
• Ability to effectively coordinate projects across multiple departments
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively present information in group settings
• Ability to independently research and troubleshoot to achieve objectives
• Ability to leverage emerging technologies, including AI and other digital tools

Responsibilities

• Handles moderately complex duties of troubleshooting and day to day.
• Provide first level support for all end user hardware and software issues
