The IT Support Representative III serves as a senior technical resource and subject matter expert responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions across systems, applications, and infrastructure. This role exercises a high degree of independent judgment and discretion in evaluating complex technical issues, determining root causes, and developing long-term solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and security. In addition to serving as the highest level of escalation within the support function, the IT Support Representative III contributes to system design, process improvement, and technology standardization efforts. The role partners with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, recommend new technologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
