About The Position

We're looking for an IT Support Level 2 Specialist to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist users across multiple environments. The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. This is a remote, project-based role in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Prior MSP experience - Windows, AD, O365, Azure, Outlook/Exchange,/HyperV, Intune, Backup & DR, Networking, (obviously don't need all - training provided!)
  • Experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
  • A friendly, positive, and customer-driven attitude
  • Effectively multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Team player - ready to contribute whatever it takes or play any role on a team to get the job done
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with change
  • Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, and remote control.
  • Any networking experience is favourable
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Home readiness for remote set-up available (Computer/ Laptop and statable internet.)

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support/administration for multiple client environments
  • Perform troubleshooting tasks, problem diagnosis, resolution, or escalate further to specialist teams
  • Periodic onsite visits to client sites
  • Provide continual improvement recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date
  • Assist with senior project work from time to time.
  • Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients and ensure that client expectations are met.
