Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
Strong communication skills in English; Korean a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks

Nice To Haves

Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems (coursework or internship experience acceptable)
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN)
Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Jira)
Experience with Android MDM platforms (Samsung Knox, Intune)

Responsibilities

IT Helpdesk & Technical Support: Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues (hardware, software, network)
Assist with workstation and mobile device setup, configuration, and support
Track IT assets and support MDM enrollment/configuration
Respond to helpdesk tickets and document resolutions
Project & System Support (SAP S/4HANA & e-Approval System): Assist IT Manager with PMO activities for SAP S/4HANA Go-Live project
Support documentation, status reports, and coordination with stakeholders
Help with rollout of e-Approval system, including end-user training and troubleshooting
IT Administrative Support: Assist with IT procurement, invoices, license management, and internal documentation
Support short-term IT projects and vendor coordination as needed
