Coralogix is seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Engineer to join their Global IT team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent employee support, improving IT operations through automation, and managing modern SaaS and endpoint environments. This role involves providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support globally, managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, hardware, and access), and administering various SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, GitHub, and Zoom. The engineer will also manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro, troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and endpoint issues, and contribute to IT automations and operational workflows. Additionally, the role requires creating and maintaining internal IT documentation and collaborating closely with Security, HR, and Engineering teams.
