This is a contract position based out of San Francisco, CA. The role involves hands-on Mac desktop support with limited Windows exposure, printer and peripheral troubleshooting, and supporting various communication channels for IT requests. Responsibilities include assisting with onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and supporting internal pilot initiatives, including the setup and configuration of AI-enabled devices. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical users across all levels of the organization. The current environment utilizes MacOS-focused desktop environments, Microsoft Outlook and Teams, Google Drive, Okta, Jira, Slack, and Intune/MDM tools.
