The IT Support Engineer is a highly trusted, in person technology partner responsible for delivering exceptional executive facing and office technology support at the North Richland Hills location. This role owns the end to end workplace technology experience for executives and office staff, ensuring systems, meetings, and workspaces operate reliably and professionally. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and hands on technical capability across endpoint support, audio and video systems, touchboards, Microsoft 365, and core system administration. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, service oriented, and comfortable operating in high visibility executive environments.
