About The Position

We’re seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for end users, systems, and applications. This role is key to maintaining reliable IT operations and delivering a strong customer experience across onsite and remote environments.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of IT support or help desk experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote tools
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Azure, Intune, or SCCM
  • Exposure to cybersecurity tools (MFA, EDR)
  • Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft)

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1–3 support for devices, software, and systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage service tickets and meet SLAs
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Azure AD
  • Handle user account setup, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Assist with networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls)
  • Perform system updates, patching, and maintenance
  • Document issues and escalate when needed
