About The Position

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to support and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment and end-user systems across Windows and macOS platforms. This role is responsible for delivering Tier 1–2 technical support, managing user access, and ensuring secure, reliable IT operations across core business applications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT support experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Experience with Intune or similar endpoint management tools
  • Experience administering SaaS applications (user provisioning, SSO, permissions)
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1–2 support for Windows and macOS desktops/laptops and peripherals
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and access in Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Configure and maintain endpoint devices using Intune or endpoint management tools (Windows & macOS)
  • Administer and support additional SaaS platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana, and other business applications), including user provisioning and permissions management
  • Troubleshoot email, authentication, MFA, device compliance, and connectivity issues
  • Support basic networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP)
  • Apply patches, updates, and security policies
  • Maintain technical documentation and IT asset inventory
