CNPC USA is actively seeking creative, innovative, best-in-class experts to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to support daily IT operations. This position is responsible for help desk support, new computer setup, hardware and software troubleshooting, printer support, user account administration, IT equipment management, network/internet troubleshooting, NetSuite user maintenance, and communication with external IT vendors. This role requires a hands-on person who is confident troubleshooting problems directly and taking ownership of issues from start to finish. The ideal candidate will need to have practical IT support experience, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to investigate and figure out issues independently when clear instructions or outside support are not available. This position will report to the Director of IT.
