About The Position

We are seeking a customer -focused Computer Support / IT Support Analyst to provide onsite and remote technical support in a corporate environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting conference room technologies, managing IT tickets, and maintaining IT documentation and inventory.

Requirements

  • Hands -on experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting Zoom or video conferencing systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non -technical users.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of IT support experience.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Experience supporting Mac systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting conference room technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Monitor and resolve ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Support Zoom conference rooms, video conferencing systems, and onsite events.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and related equipment.
  • Perform system maintenance, updates, virus scans, and hardware replacements.
  • Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
  • Set up and relocate workstations as needed.
  • Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and support processes.
  • Provide basic end -user training and assist with IT projects as required.
