IT Support Analyst

Withum is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support the team in our Whippany, NJ; East Brunswick, NJ; Red Bank, NJ; or Princeton, NJ office. Requirements
- Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and standard business software applications.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, helpful demeanor to effectively assist users and address their concerns.
- Ability to assess issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions quickly.
- Typically requires 0–2 years of experience in a help desk, IT support, or similar technical support role.
Nice To Haves
- Certifications in one or more of the following (Microsoft, Kaseya, Cisco, Sonicwall, or other relevant technologies)
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to users experiencing technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer, application, and system issues, ensuring timely responses to user inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions, issues reported, and resolutions provided within a ticketing system.
- Identify issues that cannot be resolved at the first level and escalate them to higher-tier support teams when necessary.
- Educate users on basic technical procedures and best practices to improve their understanding and efficient use of technology.
