The IT Support Analyst will provide a high-quality 1st and 2nd line support service, resolving issues in a timely manner and keeping users fully informed at all times. This role involves a range of responsibilities from PC/laptop builds and mobile phone setups to managing helpdesk tickets, conducting audits, and maintaining IT assets. The analyst will also be involved in local purchasing of IT equipment, assisting with the Group Wide Helpdesk System, administering mobile communication devices, and managing internal/external audits. Key duties include controlling IT stock, maintaining the Asset register, ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality management policies, and maintaining a clean work environment. The position also requires managing network patching, adding/removing network equipment and servers as directed by the Group Infrastructure Manager, and general maintenance of the server cabinet. Travel to other sites within the USA and internationally may be required.
