Best Egg is looking for collaborative, innovative team players inspired by growth. The IT Support Analyst will support internal users, ensure service levels are achieved, and customer expectations are met. This role is responsible for managing support tickets to meet performance, defined SLAs, and standards. Additionally, the IT Support Analyst will handle the onboarding of all new users, including computer setup via MDM and other standard hardware equipment, ensuring technology is ready before the start date.
