About The Position

Floorplan Xpress is seeking an IT Support Analyst for their Norman, OK Operations Center. This role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users, ensuring excellent customer service. The analyst will diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues to maintain efficient operations, and offer guidance and training to end-users on technology resources. Floorplan Xpress is a national leader in automotive finance, operating since 1974 and empowering independent auto dealers with financing solutions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Familiarity with MS Windows and Office Suite and other commonly used business applications.
Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support to Floorplan Xpress users.
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
Provide guidance and training to end users on technology resources.
Document records of support requests.
Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including user accounts and security measures.
Maintain knowledge of the latest technological trends and advancements to provide proactive support and recommend improvements.
