Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Tech savvy and well informed about modern technology
Two years of excellent customer service experience
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Able to work cooperatively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience in a help desk setting or other technical role
Asset management experience

Responsibilities

Manage incoming customer requests, resolve basic issues, and escalate as needed while providing excellent customer service.
Maintain IT Asset Management system, update records, and assist with audits.
Purchase supplies, materials and IS related equipment consistent with quality and delivery expectations.
Maintain stock items and reconcile inventory levels for IS materials.
Work independently to manage small projects and assist with large cross-divisional projects as assigned.
Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
