About The Position

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is looking for someone to join our Information Services team as an IT Support Administrator in Pullman, WA. Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Tech savvy and well informed about modern technology
  • Two years of excellent customer service experience
  • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
  • Able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
  • Able to work cooperatively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience in a help desk setting or other technical role
  • Asset management experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer requests, resolve basic issues, and escalate as needed while providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain IT Asset Management system, update records, and assist with audits.
  • Purchase supplies, materials and IS related equipment consistent with quality and delivery expectations.
  • Maintain stock items and reconcile inventory levels for IS materials.
  • Work independently to manage small projects and assist with large cross-divisional projects as assigned.
  • Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
