Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or scripting) is a plus.
Prior internship or project experience in IT.
Familiarity with helpdesk support or system administration tasks.
Awareness of AI-assisted screening.

Responsibilities

Assist the IT team in maintaining and supporting computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Help troubleshoot technical issues.
Perform routine maintenance.
Contribute to IT projects.
Gain hands-on experience with hardware, software, cybersecurity, and system administration.
Foster foundational skills in information technology.
