About The Position
The Desktop Support Student worker is responsible for providing the St. Olaf community with computing services. The Desktop Support Student works closely with other staff members to coordinate and support desktop computing on campus, help manage computing labs, and provide general support services for students, faculty and staff.
Requirements
- Very detail oriented
- Can work with Excel, word and google docs
- Can work independently
- Mechanically inclined would be helpful
- Customer Service

- Troubleshooting
- Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
- Listen and document issues
- Gather information to diagnose problems
- Articulate solutions
Responsibilities
- Help maintain St. Olaf owned computer related equipment.
