Requirements

  • PC & NETWORK – Installing and maintaining all PC and networking equipment.
  • TELECOMMUNICATIONS - Troubleshoot, maintain and install all communication devices and software IE: Telephones, telephone lines, fax machines, wiring and paging system.
  • CONVEYOR - Maintain the automated print/apply labeling system.
  • Replace and maintain all Accu-Sort scanners and photo-eyes.
  • Report any programing issues with the conveyor systems.
  • Help facilities personnel on the timing of the conveyor divert.
  • Help troubleshoot any Box or Sort system related issues.
  • SECURITY SYSTEM – Maintain and help support both onsite and off-site building security systems.
  • Help maintain cameras, system settings, DVR’s & users.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade the Secure Perfect personnel badge system.
  • SPECIAL EVENTS – Help support all company sponsored onsite and offsite special events.

Responsibilities

  • Installing and maintaining all PC and networking equipment.
  • Scheduling and validating that preventative maintenance processes are accomplished on all company owned printers.
  • Maintain all supplies and spare equipment related to PC, printer & networking equipment.
  • Plan & install network cabling when required.
  • Responsible for the daily backup routines of all company owned servers.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain and install all communication devices and software IE: Telephones, telephone lines, fax machines, wiring and paging system.
  • Order & replace damaged phones and issue updated local phone number listings.
  • Maintain the automated print/apply labeling system.
  • Replace and maintain all Accu-Sort scanners and photo-eyes.
  • Report any programing issues with the conveyor systems.
  • Help facilities personnel on the timing of the conveyor divert.
  • Help troubleshoot any Box or Sort system related issues.
  • Maintain and help support both onsite and off-site building security systems.
