About The Position

We're seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team on 2nd shift. In this hands-on position, you'll play a critical role in keeping our technology infrastructure running smoothly across a fast-paced, high-energy environment. From business systems and workstations to audiovisual equipment and enterprise platforms, you'll help ensure exceptional experiences for both employees and guests. As an IT Specialist, you'll be at the center of daily operations, providing technical expertise and support across the organization.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
3–5 years of IT support experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional support

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Experience in casino, hospitality, banking, entertainment, or other customer-facing environments is a plus
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification preferred
Familiarity with IBM AS400/System i5 environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintaining and supporting critical business systems, including POS, casino, and hotel management platforms
Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of technology and AV equipment
Providing responsive technical support via phone, email, and in person
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Performing installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMACs) throughout the property
Managing and documenting hardware and AV inventory
Conducting preventative maintenance to maximize system reliability and performance
Recommending and implementing technology improvements and upgrades
Following through on issues to ensure complete resolution and excellent user satisfaction
