The Human Services - Information Technology and Support Division is recruiting for a Technology Support Specialist. This role involves performing a variety of technical, analytical, and administrative duties with minimal supervision to support departmental and enterprise technology services. Incumbents will support business operations using Microsoft M365 technologies and various systems to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, forms, presentations, and documentation. Assignments may include supporting reporting and data analysis, assisting with inventory tracking, procurement coordination, and reconciliation, maintaining records and operational documentation, supporting collaboration and communication platforms, facilitating training, and providing technical and customer assistance. Positions may also assist with workflow support, organizational reporting, process coordination, and technology modernization efforts, interacting with staff across multiple departments.
