About The Position

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our IT Operations Team at Harbinger Motors. We are a rapidly growing company with a dynamic team, seeking a versatile individual who can adapt to various roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
3-4 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a Helpdesk or Systems Administrator role
Experience and well versed with all things Atlassian
Experience with AV equipment; configuring sound mixers for optimal settings, microphones, speakers.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and common desktop applications such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Atlassian is a significant plus
Certifications relating to Jumpcloud
Google Workspace experience
Knowledge of consuming and working with APIs
Experience with ITIL or other IT service management methodologies

Responsibilities

Build and support several Atlassian products; Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software
Configure, patch, and harden company computers using endpoint management tools such as Jumpcloud.
Respond to service requests and incidents in a professional manner while meeting the designated SLA.
Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and software components, including operating systems, drivers, and applications
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of IT incidents, resolutions, knowledge base articles and guides to foster continuous improvement
Transform manual process into scalable, automagic solutions that will grow as our company grows
Maintain and update IT assets using inventory management tools
Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies
