About The Position

We're looking for an IT Specialist to join our team in Cookeville, TN. In this role, you'll provide hands-on and remote technical support for enterprise technology, ensuring employees have the tools they need to stay productive. If you enjoy troubleshooting, customer service, and working with a variety of technologies, we'd love to hear from you. As the frontline IT support specialist, you'll provide exceptional technical support while helping maintain secure, reliable technology across corporate offices and distribution center operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on enterprise IT support experience
  • Strong experience supporting Windows desktop environments
  • Experience installing, configuring, and repairing PC hardware
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
  • Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple technical issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel locally within the assigned region (approximately 5%)

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, hardware, software, and application issues
  • Provide both onsite and remote technical support to internal employees
  • Install, configure, maintain, and repair Windows workstations and peripheral devices
  • Support Microsoft Office applications and end user productivity tools
  • Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices, including iOS and Android
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and service requests using the company's IT Service Management (ITSM) platform
  • Escalate complex technical issues while maintaining ownership and communication with users
  • Support conference rooms, audiovisual equipment, and meeting technology
  • Assist with employee onboarding, equipment deployment, transfers, and offboarding activities
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets, spare equipment, and replacement parts
  • Coordinate vendor repairs and validate completed work
  • Support technology changes following company change management procedures
  • Partner with Distribution Center Operations to maintain printers, scanners, and other operational equipment during peak business periods
  • Maintain organized, safe, and professional IT workspaces
