Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in similar area.
• Technologies: Java (Spring boot), React/NextJS, SQL, Python
• Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of SAP ERP
• Industrial IOT (MQTT, PLC...)
• Basic Knowledge of Manufacturing execution system

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and support Smart manufacturing solutions across Yazaki Plants. Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and ensure high availability of manufacturing systems. Provide technical support and training to manufacturing users and production teams.
• Integrate shop-floor equipment, PLCs, robotics, sensors, and IIoT devices with Manufacturing systems. Support integration between MES, ERP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other business applications. Collaborate with automation and engineering teams to deploy new manufacturing technologies and digital solutions.
• Develop and maintain real-time manufacturing dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports. Support manufacturing data collection, analytics, and reporting to improve production visibility and decision-making. Assist in implementing predictive maintenance, machine monitoring, traceability, and asset management solutions. Participate in Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure manufacturing systems comply with IT/OT cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices. Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and standard operating procedures. Participate in system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure manufacturing technology solutions.
