Requirements

  • At least 3 years of progressively responsible end-user IT support experience, including Level II troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows workstations and common business applications
  • Experience with routine Microsoft 365 user administration (accounts, licenses, mailboxes, groups, access)
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP) sufficient to diagnose and escalate issues
  • Understanding of end-user cybersecurity fundamentals (MFA, phishing, patching, least-privilege access)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between Gradient locations
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including THC)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technology questions, incidents, and service requests, diagnosing and resolving Level I and Level II issues.
  • Configure and support workstations, phones, and peripherals for new hires, role changes, and offboarding.
  • Administer routine Microsoft 365, LastPass, and third-party application access, including password and MFA resets.
  • Serve as the onsite hands for Gradient’s remote Systems Administrator, testing, inspecting, and installing infrastructure equipment under technical direction.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation, including asset inventories, troubleshooting guides, and onboarding/offboarding checklists.
