The Solution Lead brings deep expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, guiding design, development, and integration decisions while partnering closely with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams. They provide hands-on technical leadership across complex, cross-functional workstreams, navigating ambiguity and driving clarity on priorities, trade-offs, value, and risk. As the primary domain lead and point of accountability, the Solution Lead represents business needs while ensuring technical solutions are operationally sound, well-governed, and delivered with disciplined release and change management. They serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring outcomes are measurable, customer-focused, and sustainably delivered at scale.
