IT Site Lead

Hadrian Automation•Dallas, TX

About The Position

Hadrian is hiring an IT Site Lead to own the IT buildout and day-to-day technology operations at a new precision manufacturing facility in partnership with Lockheed in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This hands-on role provides on-site IT support to facility employees, production staff, manufacturing technicians, and engineering staff; manages endpoints and local infrastructure; coordinates vendors; and helps visiting employees from other sites resolve technical issues. When the facility is fully operational, the role will support technicians using Hadrian’s proprietary AI platform, Opus, and relay feedback from the factory floor to the product team. The IT Site Lead also works as a remote extension of Hadrian’s central technology team, supporting company-wide helpdesk operations through Jira Service Management and co-managing SaaS tools. The position works closely with teams covering IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and helpdesk, and reports to the Manager of Tech Deployment. The role supports the facility’s construction and IT deployment, including coordinating with construction and facilities teams, checking electrical and low-voltage infrastructure work, and receiving, staging, and deploying equipment. It also enforces security tools and policies, supports CMMC Level 2 requirements for handling CUI, coordinates with central IT and InfoSec on incidents and compliance, and manages local vendors, assets, shipping, and receiving. Applicants must meet U.S. Government export-control eligibility requirements applicable to ITAR. Hadrian states that its AI-assisted recruiting tools support its process but do not make hiring decisions; candidate evaluations and decisions are made by people.
