IT Security Product Manager

About The Position
We are seeking an experienced IT Security Product Manager to lead our identity and access management (IAM) product strategy. This role is crucial for ensuring the security and usability of our IT systems by managing the lifecycle of our IAM products. You will work closely with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT product management
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP), and access control models
- Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or similar
- PMP Certification
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in higher education or public sector IT environments
- Familiarity with governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
- Knowledge of directory services, federation, and identity provisioning tools
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design in IAM systems
