About The Position

We are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. We get up every day, roll up our sleeves, and build a better world—together. At Ford, we're all a part of something bigger than ourselves. Are you ready to change the way the world moves? Do you believe the systems that define and manage vehicle product structures are essential to the future of mobility? We do! Delivering vehicles efficiently requires accurate, connected, and reliable Bill of Material data that moves seamlessly from Product Development through Manufacturing and beyond. That’s where Industrial Systems IT makes an impact. We deliver the platforms, integrations, and data capabilities that enable engineering teams to design, configure, build, and support the products of the future. We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Bill of Material capabilities supporting Product Development, with specialized focus on Propulsion BOM within the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. In this role, you will own the health, evolution, and lifecycle of BOM applications, integrations, and data flows that power engineering-to-manufacturing processes. This role blends technical platform ownership—including application architecture, integrations, data governance, compliance, and release management—with product-management discipline, including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and value delivery. Working closely with Propulsion Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, enterprise architecture, platform engineering, and Agile delivery teams, you will ensure the 3DEXPERIENCE BOM ecosystem is secure, scalable, reliable, compliant, and continuously improving.
