About The Position

The IT Product Manager will be responsible for the Program Backlog and identifying customer needs, documenting requirements/features, and prioritizing Epics/Features. This role involves working closely with the design team on solution architecture, providing business support, and supporting the PO with the feature team. The Product Manager will also maintain PI objectives and map them to iteration goals, and provide support for engagement requests by understanding high-level asks and providing effort estimations. This role serves as the primary interface with key business stakeholders for EMEA and APAC initiatives such as Target 2, SEPA, SWISS SIC, MY RPP, and Japan 247, driving and delivering solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of domain expertise in Treasury Products: DDA, Client Liquidity, Payments, Receivables, Billing and Trade Finance.
• Understanding of Banking and Treasury Value Chain.
• Proficient in articulating the business problem and the technical solution.
• Must have the finesse to navigate within a large organization to influence big decision makers and win trust using people skills and technology knowledge.
• Proficient with eliciting business requirements, reviewing process flows, developing technical / system flows.
• Comfortable with reviewing technical designs, providing feedback and confirmation of alignment to desired capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Master Data Management Principles and Applications.
• Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting.
• Strong experience supporting technical delivery.
• Experience in Python, Agile Methodology preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with payments, SQL, treasury and data management or data mining with banking experience.
