IT Security & Operations Manager
About The Position
Juicebox is seeking an IT Security & Operations Manager to establish and scale the company's IT infrastructure, access management, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up and will be responsible for identity and access management, device management, provisioning workflows, and IT operations. The manager will partner with Security, Engineering, and business teams to mature Juicebox's security and compliance posture by implementing foundational systems like Okta, enhancing access controls, and introducing AI-powered IT tools. This position offers significant influence over tool selection, process development, and IT operations as the company scales.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, or a related role, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms (Okta preferred), employee provisioning, SaaS administration, and device management
- Familiarity with security and compliance programs, including tools such as Vanta or similar compliance platforms
- A builder mentality with strong operational instincts—comfortable implementing new systems from scratch, evaluating emerging technologies, and partnering with stakeholders across the business
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and administration of identity and access management systems, including Okta
- Design and own employee provisioning and deprovisioning workflows across core business systems - such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, Zoom, and other business-critical applications
- Evaluate, select, and implement new IT and AI-powered tooling to improve efficiency and employee experience (Serval, Console)
- Support compliance initiatives and audits through strong access governance and documentation practices
- Build and manage an IT ticketing and support function
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT requests and troubleshooting
