About The Position

Novacore is seeking a high-performing college student interested in a career in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cyber Security to participate in its 2027 Summer Internship Program. The internship provides an overview and hands-on experience with how an IT network operates. It is a paid, hybrid internship, with three days onsite at the Conshohocken, Pennsylvania home office and two days working from home. The program runs from May 17 through August 5, 2027, and offers mentorship, peer interaction, project work, executive visibility, volunteer opportunities, and networking events.

Requirements

Be a current college student; sophomore or junior year is preferred.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
Ability to build strong working relationships with business partners.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and stay organized.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate teamwork capabilities.

Nice To Haves

Sophomore or junior year of college is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding new employees, including laptop setup, network connectivity, and system access.
Participate in infrastructure upgrade projects.
Assist with cyber security roadmap implementation.
Help resolve service desk tickets.
Assist with global infrastructure planning efforts.
Follow up on open equipment items.
Attend team meetings and perform additional duties as assigned.
