Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in B2B or IT services.
  • Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
  • A hunter’s mindset: self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for New Business: Prospect, cold call, and network to identify and engage decision-makers.
  • Generate Qualified Leads: Build a strong pipeline through strategic outreach and market research.
  • Close Deals: Present tailored IT support and technology solutions that help clients streamline operations, improve efficiency, strengthen security, and reduce overall costs.
  • Collaborate and Grow: Work with internal teams to ensure client success and long-term relationships.
