About The Position

Join us as an IT Executive at Software Finder, where you'll play a critical role in keeping our technology infrastructure running smoothly, supporting our development teams, and ensuring uninterrupted tech services across the organization. The IT Executive is responsible for day-to-day technical support, maintenance of IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software resources. This role supports end-users, resolves technical issues, maintains IT assets, and assists senior IT staff in infrastructure, security, and system administration tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of IT support or system administration experience. Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Solid understanding of basic networking concepts, Active Directory, and endpoint security tools.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, printer support, and remote support tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, IT ticketing systems, virtualization concepts, or backup solutions is preferred.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification (AZ-900 or MS-900) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Respond to user support requests and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
  • Maintain support ticket records and issue resolution logs.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Support software installation, configuration, and updates.
  • Assist with server monitoring and basic system health checks.
  • Support backup monitoring and verification.
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, and IT equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Track asset allocation and lifecycle management.
  • Coordinate hardware repairs and replacements.
  • Monitor network connectivity and performance.
  • Troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
  • Support configuration of basic network devices under supervision.
  • Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot business applications.
  • Support software licensing management.
  • Assist in deployment of development tools and productivity software.
  • Prepare systems and configure accounts, devices, and access rights for new employees.
  • Recover assets and revoke access during employee offboarding.
