You act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, helping them solve complex business challenges through recurring managed services, cloud solutions, and strategic IT projects. Your success directly drives market growth, customer outcomes, and long‑term recurring revenue.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Managed IT Services or IT Services sales
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales or business development targets
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to engage in business‑level conversations
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value‑driven narratives
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Strategic thinking, adaptability, and comfort navigating complex sales cycles
  • High professionalism, integrity, and customer‑first mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels
  • Equivalent industry experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Grow IT Services revenue by identifying, positioning, and closing managed, professional, cloud, and project‑based solutions (MRR and projects)
  • Lead consultative, solution‑based sales conversations with prospects and existing clients
  • Partner closely with Solution Architects, Client Account Managers, Operations, Delivery, and Executive teams throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with local Konica Minolta Business Solutions sales teams to cross‑sell IT Services for mutual success
  • Develop and execute territory strategies through networking, social media, industry events, referrals, and business development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and financial visibility for strategic opportunities
  • Stay current on technology services, market trends, and client needs to position forward‑looking solutions
