About The Position

DP World is hiring an IT QA Analyst based in Rialto, California. The role involves creating test plans and implementing testing best practices to ensure projects meet high quality standards. The analyst records and clearly documents product defects, contributes to the analysis and improvement of software development life-cycle processes, and supports software deployments through warranty periods until project closure. The role also includes participating in project workshops and meetings and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Strong experience with the syncreon WMS and the Apple operation.
Previous testing or operational experience.
Experience executing regression, integration, and system-level tests.
Strong understanding of the project life cycle, deliverables, defect tracking, and defect management.
Knowledge of modern testing methodologies and database concepts.
A third-level qualification in an IT-related discipline.

Responsibilities

Create test plans and implement best-practice testing solutions.
Attend and actively participate in project workshops and meetings.
Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality level.
Record product defects, clearly articulating and fully defining each defect.
Contribute to analysis and improvement of software development life-cycle processes.
Support software deployments through warranty periods to project closure.
Perform other duties as assigned.
