About The Position

Triunity Software is seeking a detail-driven QA Analyst to join its team in Calgary, Alberta. The role contributes to delivering high-quality software solutions by ensuring products meet quality standards before reaching customers. The QA Analyst works collaboratively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders and supports testing throughout software releases.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a QA Analyst or software testing role.
Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear defect reporting.

Nice To Haves

Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases, scripts, and plans.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies through the full bug lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across software releases.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.
Validate software releases and provide sign-off recommendations before deployment.
