The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading medium-to-large cross-functional projects and programs across the organization through the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). This role manages projects throughout the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and project closeout ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, governance standards, business priorities, and successful project delivery. Working in partnership with business leaders, functional departments, Information Technology, vendors, and executive stakeholders, the Project Manager leads initiatives that may include technology implementations, operational excellence, business process improvements, manufacturing initiatives, quality programs, and other enterprise-wide initiatives. The Project Manager serves as an individual contributor responsible for establishing project governance, driving execution, managing stakeholder engagement, mitigating risk, and delivering measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can influence without direct authority, build alignment across diverse teams, and successfully manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
