About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Director Level) to lead and drive the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives across multiple teams and business functions. This role partners closely with Product, Program, Engineering, and Business leaders to implement modern delivery practices, manage execution risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, and Agile/iterative methodologies within large-scale enterprise environments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, or Technology Delivery roles.
Experience managing enterprise-scale technology initiatives and cross-functional teams.
Proven success delivering complex projects in large organizational environments.
Experience working in Agile, Hybrid, or traditional project delivery environments.

Responsibilities
