About The Position

ECLARO is seeking an IT Project Manager for its client in Plano, Texas, to lead the implementation and rollout of an enterprise emergency notification system across a multi-site manufacturing organization. The Project Manager will oversee the project from planning through deployment, coordinating IT, facilities, security, operations, site leadership, and external vendors. The role requires a highly organized, hands-on leader who can bring together technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver a complex, multi-location technology rollout and support reliable communications, user adoption, and transition to ongoing support.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects, enterprise application deployments, or infrastructure implementations.
• Demonstrated experience managing a mass notification, emergency alerting, or enterprise communications system rollout.
• Experience coordinating technology deployments across multiple sites, departments, or business units.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Familiarity with system integration, testing, deployment planning, and change management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting manufacturing facilities across multiple geographic locations.
• Familiarity with business continuity, disaster recovery, incident management, or workplace emergency response.
• Experience integrating notification platforms with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, HR systems, or employee directories.
• Experience with mobile communications, SMS gateways, automated voice notifications, and desktop alerting.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
• Experience coordinating cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and access-control reviews for enterprise platforms.
• Experience with emergency notification or mass alerting platforms such as Everbridge, AlertMedia, Rave Alert, or OnSolve.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Entra ID, Active Directory, Confluence, REST APIs, HR/employee directory integrations, SSO, identity management, UAT, deployment planning, training, documentation, or support handoff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of an enterprise emergency notification and mass communication platform.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Coordinate deployment activities across multiple manufacturing facilities, offices, and operational locations.
• Partner with IT, Information Security, Facilities, Environmental Health and Safety, Human Resources, Operations, and site leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships, implementation partners, system configuration, and deployment dependencies.
• Coordinate integration with communication channels including email, SMS/text messaging, voice calls, mobile applications, and desktop notifications.
• Oversee requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployment.
• Ensure emergency notification workflows, contact lists, escalation paths, and communication templates are configured and validated.
• Develop rollout strategies, site-readiness checklists, training materials, and end-user communications.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, escalating concerns as needed.
• Provide regular project status reports, executive updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate pilot deployments, user feedback, issue resolution, and subsequent rollout phases.
• Ensure appropriate documentation, operational handoff, and support procedures are established.
• Track project deliverables and confirm implementation objectives are met within established timelines.
