About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Voice Project Manager for an onsite, 12+ month contract opportunity with a global financial institution in Chandler, Arizona. The role supports VoIP/Voice projects within the Service Transition Contact Center Voice division and requires end-to-end project management skills, experience with Avaya or Cisco voice platforms, and familiarity with standard change management processes.

Requirements

• Experience with Avaya VoIP infrastructure and/or knowledge of Cisco VoIP platforms.
• Strong technical project management and administration skills.
• Experience with process project execution.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Remedy Change Management.
• Previous experience in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for VoIP/Voice projects.
• Support the Service Transition Contact Center Voice division.
• Manage project tasks, execution, and deliverables.
• Use Remedy to create change requests (CRQs) and follow related procedures.
