The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is currently seeking an exceptional individual to join the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) IT team. The Executive Office of Health and Human Services seek an IT Project Manager to support the ACIO and IT team for the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA). This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled team and contribute to critical and highly visible projects and processes for DTA within EOHHS. The Project Manager supports the administrative needs for the DTA ACIO and their direct reports. The Project Manager must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts, and should be comfortable giving and receiving feedback to the ACIO, IT Leads, and other EOHHS teams and leaders. The Project Manager must be familiar with creating and tracking documentation, coordinating reviews and approvals, taking initiative to maintain planned timelines, and executing the project administration deliverables in support of the DTA IT management team. The primary work location for this role will be at 1 Ashburton Place, Boston, Massachusetts. The work schedule for this position is Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM EST. This position is expected to follow a hybrid model of reporting to work that combines in-office workdays and work from home days as needed. The Project Manager is expected to occasionally travel to the 3 DTA Regional MA offices located in: Boston, Quincy, and Wakefield. The incumbent may also be requested to travel to DTA area offices or group homes within the Commonwealth of MA.
