About The Position

We are currently hiring skilled professionals for IT Project Manager III to join our growing team. Focus on program financials, supporting Tech leadership in program-wide activities (routines to pull together comprehensive program updates across the 3 projects and 10+ workstreams), routines with CFO Change and ePMO. Role has funding via Initiative Coordinates and facilitates routines to support technology delivery -e.g .kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management/risk management /impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks /issues, and schedule. Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership. Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery /execution

Requirements

Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills
Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience

Nice To Haves

Knowledge / experience with large scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems a plus. oracle financial
