About The Position

This role is on-site and full-time and will play a key role in managing the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, along with integrations across e-commerce platforms, WMS systems, and related business applications. The ideal candidate is organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, vendors, and timelines in a fast-paced IT environment.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
  • Experience managing software, ERP, or systems integration projects
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Exposure to ERP implementations or migrations
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and WMS systems
  • Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies
  • PMP or similar certification (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including ERP migration and system integration initiatives
  • Own project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and status reporting
  • Coordinate work across IT, operations, finance, vendors, and implementation partners
  • Support and track Business Central implementation activities
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical execution, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate UAT planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization
  • Maintain project documentation and communication cadence
