About The Position

The PHOENIX Internship Program is a paid, 10-week program for rising junior and senior undergraduates and graduate students. Interns gain hands-on experience, collaborate across functions, and develop professional skills while learning from experienced professionals at PHOENIX Retail, LLC, which operates the Express and Bonobos brands. The Summer 2027 program runs from June 2 to August 5 and is based at the company’s Columbus, Ohio headquarters. Interns participate in professional development workshops, networking and mentorship sessions, a cross-functional group project, group outings, social events, and volunteer opportunities. The internship requires full-time availability for 40 hours per week, attendance in the office four days per week, relocation to the office location, and participation for the full 10-week program. Housing accommodations are not provided.

Requirements

Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
Available to follow the four-days-in-office approach.
Able to relocate to the office location; housing accommodations are not provided.
Able to commit to the entire 10-week program, June 2 through August 5.
Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Build and update project schedules, including setting dependencies and resources.
Identify issues and risks, and coordinate individuals to solve problems.
Publish clear, accurate, and consistent project status reports.
Attend recurring status meetings with PMO leadership.
Assist with initiatives across Home Office business systems, digital/eCommerce enhancements, and retail physical store operations.
Gain exposure to project management methods, from waterfall to agile/scrum.
Support PMO leadership with portfolio-level reporting, template updates, and internal process enhancements.
