Requirements

  • Manage large strategic IT projects successfully.
  • Focal point for IT Operations support management.
  • Deep knowledge of Lab MES solution architecture.
  • Proven success as a Project Manager for at least one MES Solution.
  • Served as voice of customer for MES users and general IT end users
  • Collaborate globally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with cross functional teams.
  • 10+ Years of Experience in IT environments

Nice To Haves

  • Mandarin speaking skills a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the client to ensure that their project and IT operations needs are met
  • Manage IT project team including trade partners in order to meet requirements and deliverables
  • Monitor financial status (through various metrics) of the project on a regular basis for the project team
  • Lead and pursue continuous improvement initiatives and actions to aid in achieving project objectives
  • Prepare project reports and documentation, manage risks and issues
  • Collaborate with team and other interested parties to ensure project schedules are established and maintained and are in alignment with PMO expectations
  • Follow through with the project team on actions
  • Provide direction on change management scope items
