About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution. This role supports the infrastructure delivery needs for key lines of business, including fraud, claims, and digital assistant technologies. The ideal candidate will act as a Delivery Lead and Technical Project Manager, leveraging strong Agile capabilities and serving as the monitoring point of contact with a focus on Splunk implementations.

Requirements

5-7 years in an Infrastructure Delivery Technology environment
PMP certified
Ability to lead complex projects and/or programs
Must be able to develop and manage project plans and budgets
Must be able to manage risks and issues in a complex technical environment
Working knowledge of infrastructure systems and solutions utilized within a large enterprise environment
Experience successfully delivering infrastructure technology projects
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for all levels in the organization
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Outlook

Nice To Haves

Previous Delivery Lead experience
General knowledge of Fraud, Claims, and digital assistant business operations, applications, and strategy

Responsibilities

Lead a large project or multiple projects that are significant in scope and impact
Initiate and provide leadership, strategic/tactical direction, and planning input on all information technology and client/business area issues
Participate with IT management in the development of technology products, service standards, and development efforts
Serve as a single point of contact and the escalation point between the business area and internal IT management for the resolution of unresolved problems, complaints, and complex service requests
Work independently, with limited direction, and be evaluated through end results
